    Hooze offers no special priveleges to companies or individuals that help fund its development. Our volunteer community of content contributors doesn't take cues from the community that develops our software and keeps the lights on. And no funds are accepted with any conditions about how our work is cultivated.

     

    However, a growing number of companies are seeing how good a thing it is to compete on sustainability. They actually like the idea of a market that rewards serving the community and the environment. Many of them are already doing great things and would love to see their work recognized.

     

    What we offer in return is a pledge to do our darndest to achieve our mission of making ethical shopping easier, and to acknowledge their contribution to that mission.

     

    We will soon be announcing some more recent funders, but we currently want to take the opportunity to thank the very first company to contribute: New Belgium Brewery.

     

     

     

    Born in a basement in Fort Collins, Colorado, New Belgium Brewery has ridden its Fat Tires (their beer brand) to becoming a true leader in sustainability.
