I spend a lot of time online and, thanks to some time spent in the open source community, I am leary of terms and conditions documents. I appreciate it when there is a 'save file as...' button on a clickthru agreement: it tells me the people who wrote it and want me to agree to it don't mind making it easy for me to read it at my leisure -- it's service. It is not atypical for these legal documents to be thousands of words long. I don't think people have much clue what they've agreed to. In an effort to improve general understanding and in the spirit of shorter, more simple legal agreements, I'm bringing mine to life here on Hooze.
